Quotes
Quotes will include an expiration date. If an expiration date is not shown, the default date is 15 calendar days after the quote creation date. All quotes are subject to revisions or cancellation. Add sales taxes if applicable.
Payment
Payment for orders is due upon order. By submitting any form of payment you agree to have confirmed final drawing dimensions and product details sent by CDI Doors LLC. If drawings or product items and details are not applicable or required for the order, by submitting any form of payment you agree to have confirmed the quoted or described items as conveyed by CDI Doors LLC. CDI Doors LLC cannot be responsible for incorrect order measurements, improper installation, or damage after products have been received. Any structural attachment or accessories per unique building types is to be provided by others.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Any cancellation past 24 hours will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Special order products, fabricated products any order already fabricated cannot be refunded.
Delivery
Manufacturing and ship times are experienced estimates but may vary. CDI Doors LLC does not accept penalties or back-charges for late deliveries. Any additional freight services, such as inside delivery and re-delivery, are not included unless specially included in the quote.
A common carrier is used to transport orders from the factory or warehouse to the destination. Delivery drivers are responsible for moving the order to the back of the truck. You must be prepared and be responsible for removing the order from the back of the truck. Contact CDI Doors LLC for upgraded delivery options.
Damaged deliveries must be reported to CDI Doors LLC during delivery and before signing the delivery receipt. A claim number must be obtained from CDI Doors LLC and written clearly on the delivery receipt, WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS OR ADDITIONAL NOTATIONS regarding the condition of the delivery, in order to receive replacements at no charge.
Shortages or damages found within the hardware packaging must be reported within 3 business days. Time must be allowed for CDI Doors LLC to replace verified shortages and damages. CDI Doors LLC is not responsible for any expenses or time lost related to shortages, damages, or delivery time extensions.

The arbitrators award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Employer agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

CDI Doors LLC’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of CDI Doors LLC’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by CDI Doors LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Return Procedure (35% Restock Fee)
1. Prepare Your Return
Package all materials safely and securely to prevent damage during return transit.
Take clear photos of all materials before pickup as proof of condition.
2. Inspection Upon Return
CDI Doors inspects all returned materials to determine whether they can be restocked as “like new.”
If materials are damaged upon arrival, CDI Doors will:
Notate damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
Take internal photos and notify the Operations Manager
Email the customer with:
1A. Condition status (Great Condition or Damaged)
2A. Photos of the returned materials
Process the applicable refund minus the 35% restocking fee
